Services

Consulting and development work is governed by the written proposal and agreement for each project, which set out the scope, price, dates, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on this website is an offer; a project starts when both sides have signed the proposal.

Products

ChatAspen and any other app we publish on the Atlassian Marketplace are licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the Atlassian Standard End User License Agreement, unless the listing says otherwise. The ChatAspen privacy policy describes what the app does with your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CloudAspen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for services and products is set out in the applicable agreement or licence.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the country in which CloudAspen is registered. The agreement for a project or the licence for a product may name a different governing law.
